Who you are buying from

Every painting on this site is by Đào Văn Hoàng. The seller is Wildlife Art Gallery Le Petit Musée Company Limited,
registered office 204B6/13 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, Phường An Khánh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, business registration and tax code 0313152755, represented by Lê Quỳnh Huệ, Director.

What is sold

Each painting offered here is an original and unique work. There is one
of each. Once a painting is sold it stays on the site, marked as sold, with its price
hidden. Prints are not sold from this site.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include framing. Nothing is added at checkout for
buyers in Vietnam. For deliveries outside Vietnam a flat insured shipping charge is added,
shown before you confirm.

How an order works

1. You place the order. The painting is reserved for you immediately and
   removed from sale, so nobody else can buy it while you pay.
2. Your confirmation email carries a payment reference in the form
   DVH2026001. Write that reference on your bank transfer: it is how the
   payment is matched to your order.
3. When the transfer arrives, the order is confirmed and the painting is prepared for
   dispatch.
4. If the amount received does not match the order, the order is held and we contact you.
   It is never confirmed automatically on a mismatch.

If payment has not arrived within seven days, the reservation is released and the
painting returns to sale. We write to you before that happens.

What you receive

The painting, framed, and a certificate of authenticity signed by the
painter. Where a field note exists for the work, it is signed and shipped with it.

Returns

To be confirmed by the seller before launch. You may return a painting within
14 days of delivery. Tell us by email first. The work must come back
undamaged, in its original packaging, and return shipping and insurance are at your
expense. Once it arrives and is checked, we refund the price of the painting.

Copyright

Buying a painting transfers the object, not the rights. Đào Văn Hoàng keeps the
copyright in the image, including for reproduction and exhibition.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
