Who you are buying from

Every painting on this site is by Đào Văn Hoàng. The seller is Wildlife Art Gallery Le Petit Musée Company Limited,
registered office 204B6/13 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, Phường An Khánh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, business registration and tax code 0313152755, represented by Lê Quỳnh Huệ, Director.

What we collect, and why

To send you a painting we need your name, delivery address, email address and, for the
carrier, a telephone number. That is all we ask for, and we ask for it only at checkout.

If you subscribe to the field notes, we keep your email address for that, and nothing
else.

Who else sees it

• The carrier, which needs your address and telephone number to deliver.
• Our bank, which sees the payment reference, not your order.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we run no advertising
  trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for ten years, which is what Vietnamese accounting rules require.
A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe, and every letter carries an
unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Write to helen.le@lepetitmusee.edu.vn to see what we hold about you, to correct
it, or to have it deleted. We answer within thirty days. Deletion cannot cover records we
are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie to remember what is in your cart, and one when you are logged in.
There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Videos are not loaded from YouTube until you
click them, so nothing is sent to Google before that.
