Everything leaves framed and insured

Paintings are packed and dispatched from the studio in Ho Chi Minh City. Every shipment is
insured for the full value of the work.

Collect at the studio

Free. If you are in Ho Chi Minh City, or passing through, come and take
the painting yourself. Write to us and we agree a time.

Inside Vietnam

Delivery is included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.

Everywhere else

Shipping is by courier, insured for the full value, and priced by the size of the crate,
because that is what a carrier actually charges for. A framed canvas is large and light, so
it is billed on volume: length by width by depth, divided by 5000.

These are calculated from the published 2026 courier tariff for Vietnam, on the real
dimensions of each painting. They are not a margin: they are what the shipment costs.

Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
They are set by your own country and we cannot calculate or pay them in advance. Ask us
before ordering and we will tell you the declared value and the customs codes that will be
used.

If the shipping costs more than you want to pay

On a small painting it can. Write to us before ordering: a slower postal service is
sometimes possible, and for some works a print is the better answer, printed near you with
nothing to ship across a border.

Timing

To be confirmed by the seller before launch. A painting is prepared within five
working days of payment arriving. Transit is then a matter for the carrier, typically three
to five days by courier.

Large works

Very large canvases and murals are quoted separately. Write to us and we will arrange
crating and a carrier that handles fine art.
