Bank transfer

Orders are paid by bank transfer. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Your confirmation email carries a payment reference in the form
DVH2026001. Write it as the description of your transfer. That reference is
how your payment is matched to your painting, and a transfer without it takes longer to
confirm.

Inside Vietnam

You can pay by VietQR: scan the code and the reference is filled in for you.

From abroad

An international transfer to the account shown on your order. Your bank may charge a
transfer fee, which is not part of the price and stays with you.

What happens next

The painting is reserved from the moment you order, before you pay. When the transfer
arrives the order is confirmed and the work is prepared.

If the amount received does not match the order total, the order is held and we contact
you. Nothing is confirmed automatically on a mismatch, in either direction.

Large pieces

For works above a certain value we can agree a deposit of 30% at order and the balance
before dispatch. Ask us.
