Tarsiers are ancient primates, with huge eyes, long tarsal bones (which give them their name), and the ability to rotate their head 180 degrees. They’re fairly easy to spot in Tangkoko National Park, where I once helped paint an entire visitor center with murals. This painting is part of my “Flying Primates” series, exhibited at the Three Monkeys symposium.
